PROJECT.

Renovation of 1950’s home with split-level family room addition at rear to provide improved interior circulation and connection to rear garden space.  Project incorporates new legal basement suite and 2-car garage at lane.  Interior design plays with retro finishes (teak, terrazzo) with a simple, timeless and modern touch.  

SOLUTION.

The original home was missing a stair connection between the two floors of the house.  A split level family room addition space was presented as a way to provide connectivity and to increase enjoyment of the large rear yard.
