PROJECT.

This colourful space is the result of a fun collaborative process with the homeowners. We opened up a closed and dark kitchen as much as possible, providing open access to city views and extensive green exterior patio areas. Custom millwork throughout converts this condo into a highly efficient and livable space in the centre of town. Blending the client's material choices, combined with strong architectural moves, resulted in a bright and open space.

PROJECT.

Another full condo renovation that involved a new layout, and new connectivity between an enclosed balcony, ensuite and bedroom area. An additional powder room was added to the unit to increase functionality. Giant sliding doors provide a sense of increased space, bringing daylight into the depths of the unit. Updated kitchen, millwork, fixtures and finishes throughout made the dated space feel brand new.

Renovation of partial residence, with a focus on making the existing kitchen and dining spaces accessible and usable for a family of four.  All new flooring and ceilings throughout, with custom cabinets that integrate accessibility needs and appliance choices.
