PROJECT.
Full renovation of classic 1970’s era two-storey Vancouver Special. All new interior layout reorganizes previously disjointed spaces to provide a cohesive family enterainment space that takes advantage of Mountain and city views, with the lower floor set up for children and their various activities and storage needs. Flexibility in layout considers future conversion to suite if desired. New roof and new street-facing facade give the existing home an entirely new look and feel both inside and out.
