Ontario Street

This is the project that started Kuno. 

Telling the story of a little old house in the city.  My cousin needed a place to live. No longer able to live in the house where she was living.  Close to hospitals, community, amenities.

110 year old house in the middle of the city. In the family for generations, but no longer suited the family’s needs.

Reconfigured single family home into triplex. Kept the shell, fully rebuilt the interior.  Divided into three separate accessible two bedroom living units.
Addition at side to accommodate vertical circulation. All floors connected by a shared lift.

The fully reconfigured upper storey features vaulted ceilings and skylights throughout.
